Process improvement is my jam. I’m all about finding smarter, more efficient ways to get things done. Whether it’s refining a process, improving client outcomes, or making work flow seamlessly, I’m always up for the challenge.

Outside of work, I’m an adventurer at heart — whether that’s exploring nature with my son and dog, getting lost in an epic fantasy saga, or bringing new life (and maybe killing something…) to my garden. I have a soft spot for animals, a deep love for my close-knit circle of family and friends, and a natural pull toward the unconventional. I don’t do things just because that’s how they’ve always been done — I like questioning the norm and finding my own way.

I’m a bit of a dork, always up for a laugh, and never afraid to experiment — especially when it comes to my hair colour. At my core, I’m empathetic, curious, and always looking for ways to make life a little better, a little more fun, and a lot more meaningful. And when the right song plays, you’ll probably find me in the mosh pit, soaking it all in.
